Yes and no.  You must provide a link to your demo reel or animation test.  CGCHAR will not host your movie-file, therefore you cannot upload it.  To submit for You-Review ... Select "You-Review" on the left menu and then select the sub-menu "Submit You-Review".  Enter a description of your work and an optional image.  You must be a registered member of CGCHAR to submit material.
