Title: Maya Environment Artist
Manage large 3D environments and props using Maya for episode cartoon television series. Block and render camera shots. Use lighting techniques, and rendering techniques to create a consistent look, and export frames to After Effects. Work with and adjust textures from texture artists to assure important details. Contribute to the speed and efficiency of the pipeline. Coordinate with 2D character animation team to assure backgrounds match animation.

Requirements: Total proficiency in Maya, with specialty in rendering and lighting using various techniques including Mental ray. Working knowledge of After Effects

Title: Maya Action Sequence Animator
Manage large 3D environments, props, and vehicle race scenes using Maya for episode cartoon television series.. Set up animated camera shots for race scenes. Use lighting techniques, and rendering techniques to create a consistent look, and export frames to After Effects. Work with and adjust textures from texture artists to assure important details. Contribute to the speed and efficiency of the pipeline.

Requirements: Total proficiency in Maya, with specialty in non-organic animation (cars and car races), rendering and lighting using various techniques including Mental ray. Working knowledge of After Effects

Title: Set Modeler-Generalist
Assist in the Design, Modeling and Texture Set-up of large 3D environments, props, and vehicles using Maya for episode cartoon television series.. Contribute to the speed and efficiency of the pipeline.

Requirements: Proficiency in Maya, with specialty in Modeling required. Proficiency and interest in the Maya side of texture work and UV mapping necessary.

Preferred: Working knowledge of After Effects

Title: 2D/3D painter/Environment Textures
Create 2D paintings using Photoshop or Painter, for use in 3D animation for episode cartoon television series.. Look at UV maps generated in 3D, and paint textures accordingly. All textures will be environment based. Exterior, interior and abstract.

Requirements: Total knowledge and ability to paint environment related images and manage files digitally. Proficiency in Maya 3D software beneficial but not necessary. Interest in learning Maya is essential.

Preferred: Working knowledge of Flash
