Penney Finkelman Cox is stepping down from her previous role as an animation executive for Sony Pictures Animation to act as a producer for the CG feature film company.  The LA Times writes that the management shake-up is due to tensions between her and Yair Landau, the president of Sony Pictures Digital.  Yair Landau will now be making all creative decisions for the Sony Pictures division.  Sandra Rabins will remain as Executive Vice President of the unit and report directly to Landau.
